In particular, reasonable size will be the key to carton planning, which integrates the functions of sales packaging and shipping packaging. The change of size will directly affect the change of various functions of the carton. In short, in the structural planning of corrugated boxes, it should be determined according to the manufacturing equipment used, different production processes, corrugated paper with different corrugated shapes, and the variety and performance of built-in products. Corrugated boxes are generally divided into single-sided corrugated cardboard, three-layer corrugated cardboard, five-layer corrugated cardboard and seven-layer corrugated cardboard. Single-sided corrugated cardboard consists of face paper and corrugated cardboard. Three-layer corrugated cardboard, also known as single-layer corrugated cardboard, is made by pasting a layer of corrugated paper between the face paper and the inner layer of paper. Five-layer corrugated cardboard, also known as double-corrugated cardboard, is made by pasting two layers of corrugated cardboard between face paper, core paper and inner paper. General customers choose single corrugated box or double corrugated cardboard to make corrugated boxes. In Europe and the United States, corrugated box production has entered quantitative analysis to reduce the cost of carton boxes. The utilization rate of single corrugated boxes is about 90%, and the utilization rate of double corrugated boxes is about 10%. In my country, double corrugated boxes account for about 80% of the total, and single corrugated boxes account for about 20%. This requires corrugated box manufacturers to actively guide customers, choose corrugated cardboard reasonably, and prevent excessive packaging and unnecessary waste of resources.
